We will ship all packages out the same day your payment is processed, if a hold is placed on your account, insufficient funds or any bank related issues that impede payment, we will hold the shipment until the payment is processed. We will not hold packages and ship them out on certain dates per customer requests.  Once the package has left our warehouse, we assume no liability for damage that may be caused by shipping. Some of the shipping companies we use offer insurance on the products that are shipped from our warehouse and you can elect to chose these options.
